This friendly and progressive firm has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its Private Wealth tax, Trusts and Estates Team. Our client is renowned for its focus on building trusted, long-term relationships with high net worth clients, but also for being an enjoyable place to work.

You will be advising individuals and families on all aspects of their wealth and succession planning, including:

• Advising generally on the Mental Capacity Act
• Trusts for Disabled Persons
• Personal Injury Trusts
• Tax planning and asset protection
• Complex wills and trust drafting
• Deeds of variations
• Court of Protection applications and powers of attorney.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of solid experience and a broad base of private client skills as well as a passion for supporting clients and contributing to the growth and profitability of a team. You will be highly self-motivated with a willingness to undertake business development activities. Working closely with two partners you will receive all the support and encouragement you require, whatever your level, to ensure that you have a worthwhile and developing legal career.
