This well-established full-service law firm in Gloucester is very busy in its highly regarded property development team and seeking to acquire a residential property solicitor or chartered legal executive to join this thriving team, specialising in new build properties.
You will join a friendly team dealing with a range of commercial developer clients on all aspects of the residential sale, such as site set-up of new development site, drafting of contracts, transfers, and leases for plot sales or in relation to part-exchange and resale transactions, exchange, and completion of matters, SDLT returns and registrations.
You must have previous property experience, either commercial or residential, and be capable of managing a busy caseload. The firm will provide a supportive environment to ensure you thrive.
