My client is a Greater Manchester based; multi sited legal practice who require an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join their forward-thinking firm at their North Manchester office.
This Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor position will be within an expanding and growing commercial conveyancing team and the client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer who is at least 3 years post qualification and is able to "hit the ground running" with routine matters in commercial conveyancing, handling a full caseload from start to finish.
The ideal Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor will be driven and be able to manage a caseload of commercial sale and purchase matters whilst overseeing and mentoring junior members of the team.
This Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor role offers a competitive salary £30k-£40k, which is dependent upon experience.
