Childcare Locum Solicitor – Private Practice/ 2+ PQE/ Gloucestershire – This well-known regional firm are seeking an experienced Childcare Locum to cover a period of recruitment within the firm, this is an urgent requirement and would need the Childcare Solicitor to start immediately. 

OVERVIEW:
• This well-regarded and thriving firm are seeking a Childcare Locum to cover a period of urgent recruitment within the legal aid team. It is desirable that the Locum is Childcare Panel Accredited although not essential. This is to cover whilst the firm recruit permanently.
• The role is to start immediately, you should be available until at least Christmas, depending on the permanent recruitment requirements within the team.
• You should have significant experience of advising, drafting and advocacy in complex Children’s Social Care cases ideally in private practice setting, although the firm will consider candidates with local authority knowledge and experience.
• It is essential that you are able to do your own advocacy and support the firm with this,
• The role will be office based and the firm is fully COVID secure, the firm are willing to be flexible on home working to suit requirements.
• The firm is based within the South Midlands/ South West and is easily commutable from Birmingham and the Cotswolds
• Generous hourly rate and weekly pay.
