Legal Counsel - London

A new opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join one of the fastest growing public tech companies. The company has engineered its expertise to become a leader in technology consulting services helping clients across a range of different industries.

About the Role;
Reporting to the Senior Regional Counsel you will be an integral part of commercial deal pursuits as well as advising on general legal issues that arise across the EMEA region. You will draft, negotiate, and revise a wide variety of contracts, including IT software services agreements, consulting agreements and other in-bound commercial agreements. You will also assist with the development and management of global privacy compliance policies and procedures.

About You;
You must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. Ideally you will have experience in a leading law firm and/or directly relevant in-house experience, in IT services agreements. The role requires a candidate with good drafting and writing skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

You will have the option of working remotely, as well as in the London Office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great company, with a friendly, collaborative, and non-hierarchical structure.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.

Please note that your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
