My client is a top-tier financial institution, based in Canary Wharf. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Director level lawyer, to join their growing team.
The team works very closely with the business, supporting them on a range of top market ECM and High Yield transactions. The lawyers are very commercial supporting the front office on transaction execution for all transactions.
The role would suit a 10 PQE+ ECM lawyer, who trained at a top private practice firm, and ideally have some exposure to the in-house world, via secondment or are already in-house. It would also suit a VP looking to step up, or a Director looking for a lateral move to a top organization.
This is an interesting opportunity, to join a great team and do very commercial-focused transactional work.
