The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor for their Newcastle office.

The work will be high-quality and the varied caseload will make for an interesting role. You will deal with a broad mix of company and commercial matters, advising both regional and national clients.

The work will include, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, company formations, share and asset buy backs, company sales and purchases, articles of association and commercial contracts among other areas.

This role will give you an excellent level of client exposure and comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
• You will have experience in a hands-on role, with good client contact
• You will possess strong technical knowledge
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• You will deal with high-quality work, as part of an innovative team
