Commercial Counsel

The legal team is comprised of 5 talented lawyers reporting to the General Counsel. The role is uniquely characterized by having a small legal team, allowing for high levels of responsibility and autonomy, whilst working within a PLC, thereby providing safety, structure and security. This newly created role is comprised of various complex commercial, IP, disputes and management responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity for professional development. The role and company are multinational with the ethos of thinking globally but acting locally, allowing you to challenge your legal skills and think innovatively.

The ideal candidate will be between 5 and 10 years PQE with a strong commercial background. The role requires someone with in-house experience as well as exposure to international work. Previous experience working for a PLC may be useful but is not a pre-requisite. Ideally, you will have some experience working within the heavy industries including but not limited to engineering, manufacturing, energy or construction.
