Construction Associate
Birmingham
One of my clients, who is based in Birmingham city centre, is looking to add a Construction Associate to their team. With a strong reputation, this firm benefits from an impressive client base which will give you the opportunity to work on fantastic cases with clients who are looking to make a real difference.
As a Construction Associate, you will be assisting the team in delivering a broad range of advice on construction related matters across their sectors, including housing, local government, social business and charity. You will be working alongside the property team, in particular, those who are involved in development work across local government, social housing and care sectors. It would also be an advantage for the successful candidate to have some public procurement experience.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to demonstrate a strong technical ability, have knowledge of the main standard form building contracts and professional appointments, and be able to work on your own initiative as well as within a team.
