A fantastic new opportunity for an experienced claimant RTA fee earner/solicitor at an exciting and growing firm in Manchester. At least two years working as a claimant RTA fee earner is necessary.
This role entails running a caseload made up of both portal and fast-track RTA cases, with these being both litigated and non-litigated. The position also requires candidates to understand the court process, including drafting the defence and being responsible for the disclosure and exchange of evidence, as well as ensuring that all questionnaires are completed and drafted. Ensuring that all files relating to the caseload are properly reviewed and analysed is also expected from this role.
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years experience running a caseload of RTA and Credit Hire cases, as well as experience in managing their own caseload and assisting or handling high value cases. The role also expects an understanding of the Proclaim case management system, although this is not essential. The ability to use your own initiative and to work independently and to tight deadlines is also highly important.
The role allows for a competitive salary of at least £30,000 dependant on experience, alongside a generous benefits package and bonus scheme. This firm allows for some flexitime between 8am and 6pm and, following a probation period, can allow for working from home once signed off by a manager.
