We are assisting the firm with their newly created Practice Assistant (Legal PA/EA level) and Practice Administrator (Team Secretary level) roles. We are keen to hear from Legal PA/Secretarial candidate at all levels who are seeking a new and exciting challenge in the legal industry ASAP.

 

The role:

 

You will provide a high-quality, and efficient PA service to a group of Partners within a relevant Practice Group to your previous experience. The roles will offer the chance for you to be fully involved assisting Senior individual's in the department. The positions will be challenging and demanding and will require candidates to be open to change and embrace new daily challenges.

 

Daily duties:

 

  • Complex diary management of Associates, Partners or Directors
  • Comprehensive e-mail and inbox management
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients
  • Arranging meeting requests
  • Support the fee earners in smooth running of the client/matter lifecycle
  • Billing and credit control
  • Prepare amend and proof read documents
  • Support the roll out of new technology products
  • Contributing to training and engagement planning
  • Assist fee earners with business development tools, such as keeping linkedin content up to date
  • Booking video/conference calls, meeting rooms and required refreshments, and lunch and dinner reservations
  • Booking attendance at conferences/seminars (including national and international travel) and organising trip itineraries and logistics
  • Logging interaction calls
  • Organisation of any team socials and other events as may be required
