Property Litigation Solicitor

A highly regarded legal 500 law firm in north London is recruiting for its Property Litigation team. 

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established Property Litigation department, working with high-net-worth and corporate clients on complex property matters.

Typically, you will be working with insolvency practitioners and entrepreneurs to settle disputes. 

You will also be assisting with commercial litigation matters from time to time.

To be successful in your application, you must: 

• Have 3 years or more of PQE as a Litigation Solicitor
• Have a strong academic background including a 2:1 degree at a top university
• Be bright and articulate

In addition, the successful Property Litigation Solicitor must be:

• Consistently producing work to an exceptional standard
• Able to prove excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage your own caseload and delegate where necessary

To excel in your application, you will also have some exposure to some Commercial Litigation and Enfranchisement work.

Upon joining the firm, you will be provided with equipment that will allow you to work remotely, but the firm's preference is for you to work in the office.
