An excellent position has arisen for an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded, long-established, traditional firm in Southwest London.

Due to an ongoing increase in work and a partner retiring, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor to join the friendly team.

You will be working with a long-established high-net-worth client base with ranging property values.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious Property Solicitor who will have dealt with the full range of Commercial and Residential property matters, such as:
  • Residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Commercial leases
  • Acquisition and disposal of lease extensions
Although you will be working alongside the existing team, you must be confident in running your own files and have a client-focused attitude with good commercial acumen.

Plenty of support, as well as a dedicated PA, will be available to the successful candidate.

Excellent prospects on offer including a competitive salary and bonus scheme and great scope for progression (potential partnership).

Please apply directly to this advert to be considered for this position.

Alternatively, if this opportunity is not quite right for you, we have a strong variety of roles across Greater London - so please get in touch with Zac Marshall at G2 Legal and update me as to your job search criteria.
