The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for their York office.

The work will be high-quality and the varied caseload will make for an interesting role. You will deal with a broad mix of commercial disputes matters, advising both regional and national clients.

Work will be broad, making for an interesting caseload. It will include, but not be limited to; shareholder disputes, contract and commercial disputes, defamation, injunctions, insolvency, professional negligence and finance disputes.

This role will give you an excellent level of client exposure and comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 1-4 years PQE
• You will have experience in a hands-on role, with good client contact
• You will possess strong technical knowledge
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• You will deal with high-quality work, as part of an innovative team
