THE ROLE
For a real estate investment and development lawyer to join the highly ranked Real Estate team which handles investment and management of existing assets to major development and regeneration schemes.
The team acts for clients investing and/or operating domestically in high value investment and development projects across all property asset classes and is also involved in transactions involving inbound flow of real estate capital from foreign investors into the UK.
The work typically entails high-end, multi-disciplinary, structured/leveraged real estate deals involving the acquisition or disposal of high value assets, or corporate SPVs.
ABOUT YOU
A team player with good academics and 3-5 PQE, you will have expertise and experience in real estate investment, a proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files and a strong client focus to service delivery.
