Construction Litigation Senior Associate – London – Interim Assignment

A well-established firm based in the City of London with a formidable reputation across the industry are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join their Contentious Construction team.  The candidate must be driven and enthusiastic as they work as part of a renowned team within the market.  If you are interested, please do get in touch with us.

Key Duties:

-      Alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation, the resolution of claims under the pre-action protocol for construction and engineering disputes and litigation

-      Dispute avoidance and risk management

-      Building and maintaining effective client relationships

Job Details:

-      Initial 6 months

-      Candidate must be a qualified solicitor with at least 6 years’ experience in contentious construction
