Interim Sole Legal Counsel

Our client, a leading international organisation based in the West Midlands, is looking to recruit an Interim Sole Legal Counsel to cover a period of maternity leave.

The role will focus on providing legal support to the business which includes asset finance, regulated CCA leasing, GDPR, compliance, commercial contracts and general property matters.

As this is a standalone role it is essential that you have worked in house previously and that you have a wide range of corporate and commercial legal experience. Asset finance experience is also preferred but it is not essential as training can be provided in this area.

In addition, the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and excellent interpersonal skills are also key.

The role is due to commence in November and it is expected to run for at least 12 months. Hybrid working is also available with a minimum of 2 days per week being office based.

Both a daily rate and FTC salary will be considered.
