A niche firm based in Lichfield is seeking to appoint a commercial property solicitor to join its team. The firm can offer great quality commercial property work, an achievable and advantageous bonus scheme along with flexibility for home working.

Our client is looking for a commercial property solicitor of around 4-6 years’ PQE to directly support the Head of Department on a varied commercial property caseload across a range of clients to include a national car parts supplier, residential developers, local authorities, sports personalities, and high net worth individuals.

To be considered you will be an ambitious and self-motivated commercial property solicitor with a passion for business development. The firm is ideally looking for somebody who is keen to establish themselves in the local market, attend networking groups and events and be involved in the marketing, growth, and development of the department. In return the firm can offer genuine career progression and regular remunerations reviews.

Our client will offer the chance for a degree of remote working each week, though they would welcome a local candidate based in or close to Lichfield, who is able to attend the office a few days each week.
