This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Real Estate Finance solicitor to join a brilliant firm in London and get their career off to a flying start surrounded by supportive and knowledgeable colleagues.

Previous experience is desirable, however as this is a junior role the firm may be open to solicitors with experience in similar roles wishing to develop a specialism in Real Estate Finance. Duties in this particular role could include advising on senior debt and mezzanine debt; preferred equity loan arrangements; joint venture financing; intercreditor, priority and subordination issues; and security.


The team has close and trusted working relationships with an extensive network of debt providers and equity funders, which you will be encouraged to develop personally and continue to build, and in addition to this you will be expected to work hard and with enthusiasm for a wide range of responsibilities.


This is a team adept at handling complex transactions, so as you progress into a more senior career, you can be assured the workload will increase in complexity to reflect your building knowledge and continue ti challenge your growth.
