Legal Counsel, 0-3 PQE

Your new company
Head quartered in the North West and easily commutable from Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester areas including Warrington, Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Wigan, Crewe, Northwich, Bury, Stockport; this company is well-established with a strong and growing client base and looking to appoint a commercial lawyer into the legal team.

Your new role
Your role will involve handling a variety of commercial contract matters from IT contracts, procurement agreements and distribution agreements. You will also gain exposure to engineering and infrastructure related contracts and be involved in strategic legal projects as well as providing advice to the business on a range of legal matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified solicitor with solid drafting, reviewing and negotiating skills with experience in a good spread of commercial contracts. In-house or secondment experience would be ideal and this could be a great opportunity for a private practice commercial lawyer, looking to make their first move in-house. It is important that you can work seamlessly with the senior management team and build relationships with the wider business whilst working from home.
