Professional Indemnity Solicitor, 2+ Bristol

We are recruiting heavily for our international law firm client, looking to bolster their team by a number of people, in the Professional Indemnity market.

This outstanding law firm has an office in Bristol, and is looking to expand it's Professional Indemnity offering. It has an exceptional team there at the moment, with huge amounts of work coming in, but haven't even been able to turn 'the tap on' for the amount of work they could have! They need to expand the team to take on the work coming in.

The firm is on nearly every panel of the large insurers, and specialises in claims against solicitors, construction and finance. They also do some coverage work.

What I absolutely love about this firm, and means I could talk about them all day, is how they treat their staff. The welbeing of their staff is key. They adapt beautifully to situations, change processes to ensure their staff are happy, listen to them, support them and there is such a wonderful atmosphere among the team and wider firm, everyone gets on and is friendly. They also throw in some free yoga!

The firm is looking for candidates of all levels -but ideally at the 2 year pqe+ level and they will consider very good and passionate litigators with excellent experience and a genuine interest to move into professional indemnity work. The firm tell me that if you're a keen litigator, that they can convince you Professional Indemnity is for you!

If you're more senior, there is more of a requirement to have relevant professional indemnity experience, although, please do still get in touch if you're a strong litigator and keen to move into professional indemnity work.

I have placed a number of people into this team over the years, and have come from all areas of litigation including personal injury, property litigation, contentious probate etc and all types of firms from small highstreet to large internationals.
