We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Silver Circle law firm in London who are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their highly regarded Corporate and M&A practice.

This leading international firm have an unrivalled reputation in the market and advise clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions.

As a Corporate Paralegal you will be working alongside lawyers at all levels on high-profile transactional work. Typical responsibilities will include drafting ancillary documents, managing CP checklists and carrying out due diligence.

The successful Corporate Paralegal will have strong academics and previous experience working on corporate/M&A transactions. This role may ideally suit someone with experience in a corporate department looking to move to a larger international firm.
