A well-established Legal 500 firm based in Essex is looking to recruit a Children Panel Solicitor, or experienced Childcare Solicitor, into their prestigious team.
The successful candidate will have practiced as part of a well-regarded family department and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in publicly funded children work, including Child Contact Arrangements & Child Support, Pre/Post-Nuptial Agreements, and Guardianship & Care/Placement proceedings. You will be expected to conduct your own advocacy, so experience doing so is vital.
The firm is offering a full caseload, supportive and friendly team, and excellent scope for progression.
