An Established Legal 500 firm with excellent offices in Central London They now seek a Commercial Property solicitor to join their team. Our client boasts a highly successful and dynamic property department which has won a copious number of awards and is an industry leader.
About the Role
The commercial department have a reputation for offering high quality, intelligent commercial advice to a range of clients with large property portfolios. They are looking for an experienced solicitor with a solid track record in handling a range of commercial property transactions. You will be taking on a busy caseload of:
- Preparation of leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices and other landlord and tenant documentation
- Advising on the acquisition and disposal of land and property including drafting contracts
- Advising on refinancing and loan documentation
- Advising on business asset sales and purchases
