Position: Property Litigation Solicitor
Level: 4+ PQE
Salary: £45,000-£60,000
Location: Reading.
Our client is a large regional firm with a fantastic property litigation team. They are looking to expand their department in their Reading office further and are open to hearing from a range of solicitors with quality experience working with individuals, businesses, retail and leisure, charities, government and banking clients in relation to:
- Business Tenancies - dilapidations, rent reviews, rent and service charge disputes
- Landlord and Tenant work Work - insolvent tenant, breach of covenant, forfeiture Rights to light, vacant possession strategies and restrictive covenenants
- Professional Negligence matters
- Residential Property - enfranchisement, possession, party wall, trespass and boundary disputes, rent recovery
- Land Contracts
You will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of dealing with property litigation matters as well as developing client relationships. This is the ideal role for an ambitious solicitor with plenty of drive and energy. A desire to get involved in marketing and business development is desirable.
