Are you an ambitious personal injury solicitor looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work for a forward thinking and innovative firm? If so, I am working on a fantastic opportunity with a well renowned firm based in Edinburgh who are looking for an eager personal injury solicitor to join its highly respected Personal Injury (defendant) team due to organic growth.
Our client is offering a personal injury solicitor a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload (both pre-litigation and litigated files) where you will be managing your own caseload of personal injury matters - RTA, EL/PL etc.
Court litigation experience including an understanding of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures, and experience in working with and instructing counsel, would be highly desirable. If you are a newly qualified solicitor, you will ideally have completed your traineeship with a defender firm and have had a focus on personal injury.
