The Role:

-You will join an established team working with all residential property matters
-You will be building long lasting relationships with clients
-You will be running a varied residential property caseload from inception through to post completion which will include:

* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

-You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or a Residential Conveyancer who is technically able
-Excellent communication skills
-Team player
-Able to build key client relationships
