Family Solicitor - Nottingham- Legal 500 law firm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor with a solid grounding in Family Law.
The position would ideally suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent with at least 2-5+ years PQE;
You will be required to cover all areas of Family Law but particularly:
* Divorce/Civil Partnership Dissolution
* Children Arrangements
* Financial and property issues on divorce or separation
* Pre-nuptial, separation and cohabitation agreements
* Domestic violence cases
Legally aided and private work is undertaken and a knowledge of the legal aid system is desirable;
Court work and advocacy will be required;
The candidate will take over a busy caseload;
The firm are looking for someone motivated and passionate about supporting vulnerable clients as well as having excellent client care skills;
