Social Housing Paralegal

A national firm are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their growing Social Housing team in Leeds.

Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of social housing related conveyancing to include shared ownership disposals, right to buy sales and similar such requirements of registered providers and supervise more junior paralegals in this area of specialist work. You will deal with on-going file management including updating the case management system and ensuring client and matter records are maintained in line with firm procedures.

Requirements
Previous social housing experience (will consider someone with conveyancing exp)
Strong organisational skills
Flexible and proactive approach to servicing the needs of important social housing clients.
