Legal Counsel

My client is a global financial services organisation who are looking to hire an in-house legal counsel on a permanent basis as a result of ongoing growth. They have Central London based offices and are currently offering a hybrid working model.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small legal team at associate level, with the potential to progress to director level within a couple of years. My client is looking for a general banking or finance lawyer who ideally has structured or leveraged finance experience. Candidates from a real estate finance background would also be considered, but this is not a purely REF role and candidates will be expected to operate at portfolio level.

Candidates can be UK or foreign qualified, as long as you hold a valid practising certificate, and have a minimum of 2 years PQE.
