Our client is well established law firm with many years of experience across the whole of the banking sector. It is committed to building relationships and understanding your needs, and it is now seeking an experienced banking solicitor/associate to join its welcoming and highly regarded Banking Team that sits within the firm's Commercial Property department in Edinburgh.
To be considered for this banking solicitor/associate opportunity, you will have hands on experience of providing a first-class service to clients, principally in general commercial and corporate banking and real estate finance work, including the drafting and negotiation of bilateral and syndicated form loan agreements and security and coordination of the completion of lending transactions.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years' PQE (consideration may also be given to those with less PQE) and have experience in the area of banking, commercial property or corporate work. You should also be familiar with loan and security documentation.
