A rare opportunity has become available for a Private Client Solicitor to join this leading firm as Head of Private Client.
 
This firm is a Legal 500 firm of solicitors, based in Yorkshire, with a national profile, having offices in both Huddersfield, Leeds and wider West Yorkshire. The firm is passionate about making a difference to peoples’ lives by being innovative and forward thinking and caring about helping clients to solve their legal problems.
 
The firm present an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and experienced lawyer to join its long established, forward thinking team as a Team Leader/Head of Private Client.
 
Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Leading the Huddersfield team
  • Having joint responsibility for the overall department with the Team Leader of the other branch, working collaboratively and managing your respective teams
  • Business planning 
  • Business Development and planning marketing activities
  • Handle a large established and varied caseload of wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and estates planning for clients of high value worth
You must have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and it would be ideal if you were a member of SFE and STEP. 
 
The Directors here are innovative and forward thinking making significant investments in technology to support growth and work life balance. Part-time hours are considered for this role. 
 
Whilst salary will be dependent on previous experience, the rough salary banding guide for this role will be upwards of £40,000.
