Real Estate Paralegal / Legal Executive

My client, an international top 20 law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal/Legal Executive to join their thriving Corporate Real Estate department in Birmingham.

The Role:

As the successful Real Estate Paralegal/Legal Executive, you will be responsible for running your own caseload of transactions from start to finish and working as part of the team on larger projects. You will also be responsible for drafting a range of documents including Leases, Lease renewals, Transfers, Surrenders, and Licenses.

You will also be involved in dealing with post completion matters and liaising with clients.

Requirements:

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a considerable amount of experience within the Real Estate Sector and have managed your own transactions. Ideally, experienced Paralegals will have a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in the field and legal executives will also be considered.

You will also possess excellent communication skills and be extremely organised.
