SENIOR ASSOCIATE PLANNING

I am exclusively retained on a Senior Associate/Junior Partner Planning position for an exciting planning team in the North-West. Ideally, this role will be based in Manchester and will suit an experienced planning lawyer who is looking to establish themselves as part of a thriving team. The work is development led and they have a full book of exciting stand-alone projects. The firm act for a number of registered providers and is on the panel of a range of local planning authorities, as well as a range of investor clients. The work is diverse with a mix of appeals, Judicial Reviews and CPO. Ideally, they are looking to hire a Solicitor who is at the point of their career where they are looking to push on take responsibility to help the practice develop to the next stage. This can be done either at Senior Associate level, but they are not afraid to appoint a junior partner. A following for this isn’t necessary but the right attitude towards business development will be welcomed. The Planning team is fundamental to the strategic growth of the firm and is likely to play a significant part in their growth over the next 5 years, so now is a great time to join.
