An experienced Residential Conveyancer is required by one of the region's longest-standing practices which is currently expanding their well regarded Residential Conveyancing department based out of Newton Le Willows.
Joining this really well-established department you'll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (paralegal/fee earner or Solicitor) looking to further their legal career as part of a well-established and friendly team. You'll have previous experience handling residential conveyancing transactions (ideally from instruction through to completion) including, sales & purchase, leasehold, and freehold, transfers of equity, right to buy, etc.
The team overall is vastly experienced, you'll work alongside senior solicitors, licensed conveyancers, and fee earners and have full support from administrators and legal assistants. You will have your own caseload of files and be expected to be able to work with little to no supervision.
The salary for this role is competitive and will be in line with your previous experience, there is also a generous bonus system and full benefits (including on-site parking) and the ability to work from home for the majority of the week.
