This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in all stages of the Conveyancing process from initial instruction to post completion. Description

As a Conveyancing Paralegal you will:

• Assist fee earners with residential property matters which will include: freehold and leasehold sales / purchases / shared equity / shared ownership / new homes / part exchanges.
• Run a small caseload of matters independently.
• Liaise with clients, agents and stakeholders.
• Conduct searches.
• Prepare completion statements.
• Prepare pre-completion paperwork.
• Prepare SDLT Forms and Land Registry.

Profile

As a Conveyancing Paralegal you will:

• Have experience working in a Residential Conveyancing department.
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Be capable of taking direction from senior members of the team.
• Have excellent file management skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Have a confident manner.
• Be highly organised.
