We have an opportunity for an experienced Family Legal Secretary to join a well-established Family team in Windsor assisting fee-earners in all matters related to Divorce and Separation.

Your workload will be split between providing secretarial support to the Head of Department/Senior Fee Earner and managing your own portfolio of private family law casework, under supervision. Key responsibilities will include taking instructions, case preparation, drafting documents, and liaising with counsel. Thus, this role would be ideal for an experienced legal secretary looking to advance or progress within their legal care.

You will be responsible for assisting fee earners that are dealing with a range of family law matters which include:
  • Divorce and Separation
  • Living Together
  • Children
  • Pre-Nuptial Agreements
  • Domestic Violence
  • Civil Partnerships
  • Financial Arrangements
 
The ideal candidate will be:
  • Able to type at 60 WPM
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Products - particularly Word and Outlook
  • Organised, motivated, and with a keen eye for detail
  • Professional, friendly, and with a 'can-do' attitude
