JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years
LOCATION: Lincolnshire (Commutable from Corby, Grantham, Peterborough, Spalding, Stamford)
SALARY: To c £45,000 dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
The busy private client department of this regional law firm is looking to recruit a well-rounded Private Client Solicitor to assist with a demanding caseload of private client matters. As the appointed Private Client Solicitor you will be expected to manage your own caseload of private client files including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax Planning and also elderly client matters. In addition to handling your own caseload of files you will be expected to provide support to other members of the team as well as play a key role in business development and networking to enhance the profile of the firm and department in general.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are welcoming applications from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE handling their own caseload of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Inheritance Tax Planning. You will as the successful Private Client Solicitor have strong technical skills and possess excellent business development skills along with the initiative to work under minimal supervision. The ideal Private Client Solicitor will be responsible for developing the Private Client caseload for the firm, maintaining and developing the team along with raising the profile of the firm within the marketplace.
