Excellent new opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer to join this established firm based in Cheltenham.

Our client is a respected local firm with an excellent reputation for residential conveyancing work across the region.

The firm now seeks to appoint an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer with a minimum of 4 years experience in managing a residential conveyacing caseload, to play a key role in the department.

With strong experience of handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages, New Build and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold properties, you'll also be a confident developer of relationships with local brokers, estate agents and other intermediaries. Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors or legal executives / licensed conveyancers with the requisite conveyancing experience.
