Your new role
You will join an expanding team in the North West, supporting a well established client base with company secretarial and corporate governance matters including board support. You will be involved in corporate compliance for a range of clients and will gain exposure to both subsidiary and listed company work. You will gain high quality exposure as part of a leading firm where you can develop your company secretarial career in a rewarding environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be ICSA qualified or working towards qualification with ambitions to advance your career in the company secretarial field. You must have a track record in providing high quality company secretarial support, either in-house or in professional services with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be building relationships with a range of internal and external clients. You must also have good organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
