Real Estate Lawyer
International law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join their highly regarded team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Due to continued growth and the recent addition of two new Real Estate partners, this team now seek additional support on a fixed term contract for 12 months whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.
Applications are sought from Real Estate Lawyers (ideally at the mid level) with upwards of 3 years PQE, with experience in real estate transactions and real estate finance, as the role will focus on structured real estate finance advising both lenders and sponsors.
Suitable candidates should understand the general framework of the LMA syndicated facility agreements for investment and development property transactions and be able to draft and negotiate these for lenders or review on behalf of sponsors.
The role is to start ASAP and offers excellent remuneration.
