Our Client are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor with minimum 5 years PQE specialising in Commercial Property and with the ability and willingness to assist with High Net Worth residential property work.

On offer is a competitive basic salary depending on relevant experience, plus a contractual performance related bonus scheme that is intended to be achievable and to genuinely motivate.

The successful candidate will have experience of a wide range of commercial and some residential property transactional work and be interested in marketing and business development for both the commercial property department and the firm as a whole.

This role offers an interesting variety of work for a well-established and broad client base in modern offices ideally located within the Thames Valley. Maidenhead town centre is undergoing a significant regeneration programme and we are recruiting to ensure that our commercial property offering at completion will be strong and competitive.
