Our client is a leading law firm based in Oxford. It has a national reputation for handling commercial and personal legal for a wide range of individuals, businesses, institutions and third sector organisations.
The firm’s highly regarded residential and charity property team is seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years’ fee earning experience, having previously dealt with property transactions to include some high-net-worth clients and national charities.
You will also have experience of high value residential conveyancing, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and property work for both charities and private clients. Moreover, knowledge of residential landlord & tenant work would also be useful.
Excellent organisational and communication skills will be required, as well as the ability to manage your own caseload with little supervision, but within a supportive team environment.
The firm offers market-rate salaries, a healthcare scheme, pension, life assurance, an onsite subsidised café and free parking, as well as an excellent friendly working environment.
