A leading international law firm with a strong international presence and an excellent Disputes team has an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Support Analyst to join their highly supportive and collegiate Dispute Resolution team to focus on eDiscovery/eDisclosure.

This is a broad and varied role, which will include but not be limited to the following areas: (i) handling day-to-day management of digital media and datasets, including the maintenance of chain-of-custody records and the coordination of collections, receipts and deliveries of devices; (ii) carrying out project management tasks with respect to individual investigations and electronic disclosure exercises, including but not limited to preparation of review batches, formulation of searches and implementation of updates to project workspaces; (iii) acting as a liaison with external electronic disclosure and translation service providers, and with internal IT and Legal Risk Management teams; (iv) providing user support to internal and client users working with document review tools, file-sharing platforms and extranets; (v) assisting with regular audits of workspaces and user logins; (vi) working with the Litigation Support Manager on the planning of investigations and disclosure exercises; (vii) review and manage invoices from external service providers; and (viii) work with the Litigation Support Manager on the creation and maintenance of written resources and training materials relating to electronic disclosure.
The role will be based in London (but there will be an element of flexible working).

Candidates with any of the following would be highly desirable for this role: (i) Relativity Certified Administrator (ii) Nuix Workstation Data Discovery Core (iii) Nuix Workstation Data Discovery Specialist (iv) Nuix Workstation Data Discovery Administrator (v) Certified E-Discovery Specialist (vi) PRINCE2 (vii) CFCE or(viii) EnCE.
