A standout law firm in the Worcestershire area has a new opportunity for an experienced agricultural solicitor to join their reputable department. This is ideally full-time, but our client is opening to considering candidates on a four day a week basis.
Our client is looking for an NQ – 4 years’ PQE solicitor with agricultural experience to handle a demanding caseload of agricultural and rural affairs matters from inception through to completion. Your role will be working closely with the divisional head in Worcester to provide advice on land sales, purchases, rights of way, agricultural tenancy matters as well as option agreements. A comprehensive understanding of property and transactional work along with an understanding of agricultural law is necessary.
To be considered for this agricultural solicitor position it would be advantageous if you had experience of agricultural and rural affair matters, particularly general property and agricultural tenancies and a knowledge of farm payments under the current CAP. It would also be advantageous if you had knowledge of rights of way issues.
