Your New Role
The successful Corporate Solicitor will be joining a dedicated team working on a wide range of matters including;
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity
- Equity capital markets
- Business sales
- Joint ventures
- Corporate reorganisations
About You
The ideal Corporate Solicitor will;
- Be a qualified Solicitor, ranging from a newly qualified Solicitor just starting out on their career, up to a candidate who has 5 years PQE in Corporate law
- Have experience of working with high-end clients dealing with Corporate matters
- Have the ability to work both working autonomously and within teams
