A vibrant and growing firm in Bognor Regis, West Sussex is looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join its successful team.
You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced non-qualified conveyancer with a minimum of 1 years’ experience who has managed your own caseload of residential files from initial instruction to matter conclusion.
Your caseload will be varied and include leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, remortgages, right to buy and transfer of equity.
This is an expanding practice and there are excellent career development opportunities for the successful candidate.
