Penny Trotman a member of eNL’ s specialist Midlands and South West Private Practice team, is currently recruiting for a Junior Commercial Property lawyer to be based in Cornwall. Leading regional Law firm are looking to appoint a Junior Commercial Property Lawyer into their team in Cornwall. Successful candidates will have either qualified in September 2021 or are looking to qualify in March 2022. This is a great opportunity to join a leading regional law firm with an opportunity to undertake a high calibre caseload. Starting salary of £45,000.

• You must have proven technical expertise within commercial property and / or a passion / experience within agriculture / unregistered land matters.

• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Legal Executives at all levels of experience
• Newly Qualified Solicitors will have completed at least one seat within commercial property / gained exposure to some agriculture work.
