LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking an Employment Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Employment Lawyer will be required to carry a full caseload including a mix of both contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.
You will be required to show a proven track record of dealing with matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and equal pay.
Previous local government experience would be highly advantageous although not essential.
Candidates must have a current practising certificate to be considered for the role.
