Commercial Property Solicitor - Excellent Work/Life Balance

A very strong Legal 500 listed regional practice continues with its expansion and now wishes to appoint an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to its well regarded Real Estate Team.

This full service commercial practice has been established for 50 years and is based in South Staffordshire meaning that it is within easy commuting distance from Birmingham, Nuneaton, Leicester, Lichfield and Burton upon Trent.
The Commercial Property Team deals with the full remit of real estate matters and is renowned for having particular specialism in dealing with complex funding and development matters. The team acts for a range of clients on both a regional and national basis comprising property investors, developers and owner managed businesses.

Due to an increase in instructions and a growing client base, the firm is keen to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitors with anything from 2 to 6 years' PQE to work alongside a partner and deal with a broad portfolio of matters.

What makes this role different is the significant amount of face-to-face client contact you will have, particularly compared to a number of national firms where client contact is limited until a senior position is reached. You will have regular off-site client meetings whilst also be afforded the chance to undertake a host of business development and client advisory activities which will enable you to form your own client base and really expedite career progression.
The firm is offering a very competitive salary and benefits package, on-site parking and a significant amount of autonomy so this is the perfect opportunity for someone who wishes to continue dealing with commercial property matters but who is keen to work in an environment that is very different to those on offer in Birmingham city centre, especially as the firm is particular proud of its work/life balance programme and it is unusual for lawyers to be in the office after hours with any frequency.
